Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Saanjh Saverey, a personalised children’s storybook service operated by Centerfroot (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who can order

You must be a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over to place an order, and you must have the authority to provide the child’s details and photograph and to consent to their use as described in our Privacy Policy.

The product

We create a personalised digital storybook (a PDF) featuring your child as the main character. Optional paperback and hardcover print editions are also available. Each order produces one book for the details and photo you provide.

AI-generated content

Your book’s illustrations and story are generated using artificial intelligence from the details and photograph you provide. Our pipeline is designed with quality checks, but AI-generated content can contain imperfections or inaccuracies. Please review your book before sharing or printing it. If something is materially wrong, see our Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you have the right to upload and use any photograph you provide.
• You agree not to upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the names and details you submit.

Intellectual property

You receive your finished, personalised book copy for your own personal, non-commercial use — it’s yours to keep, read, and print for your family. We retain all rights in the Saanjh Saverey platform, including our generation pipeline, models, prompts, templates, and underlying software. You may not resell the book or use it commercially without our written permission.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and charged at checkout via Razorpay. We may update prices from time to time; the price shown at the time of your order applies to that order.

Refunds

Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy. Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
