Shipping & Delivery Policy

How your Saanjh Saverey book reaches you depends on the format you choose at checkout — digital, paperback, or hardcover.

Digital books (PDF)

Your personalised digital book is delivered by email as a secure download link. Delivery is typically same-day — usually within a few hours of a successful order, and often within the hour. If you don’t see your email, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Printed books (paperback & hardcover)

Paperback and hardcover editions are printed to order and shipped via courier across India. Typical timelines:

• Printing & dispatch: 7–10 business days
• Courier delivery: 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Every print order includes the digital copy, which is delivered by email the same day so your child can enjoy the book while the printed edition is on its way.

Delivery addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and re-delivery to a corrected address may incur additional charges.

Delays

Timelines above are estimates. Festivals, weather, courier disruptions, and remote locations can affect delivery. We’ll keep you informed if we’re aware of a significant delay to your order.
